Tracy Barulsen

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tracy Lee Barulsen, born on April 12, 1959, at Macon Hospital. Tracy passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, joy, and lasting memories.

Tracy Barulsen was preceded in death by his parents, Theo and Lytle "Bill" Barulsen. He is survived by his daughters, Katie Leal (husband Eric) and Taylor Suttles (husband Chris), as well as his beloved grandsons, Lucas Suttles, Jackson Suttles, and Riley Leal. Tracy also leaves behind his younger sister, Teri Kramer, and his nephew, Dalton Gray. His life partner, Margie.

A proud graduate of Southwest High School in Macon (class of 1976), Tracy went on to earn an associate's degree in Electronics and spent much of his professional life as a Service Manager at Toshiba Business Solutions, a position he held with dedication since 1990.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Tracy was a passionate enthusiast of flight simulators, loved spending time with his dogs Beau, Natalie, and Ivey; as well as Kelly, Molly, Sasha, Sadie, Buddy, and Aubrey, all of whom have passed, and was known for his love of card games and backgammon. He cherished the relationships in his life, especially with his daughters and his partner Margie.

A Graveside Service will be held at Decatur Cemetery in Decatur, GA on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM.

Tracy will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
