Verona Nicomeda Geerman

Verona Nicomeda Maduro Geerman, 84, of Atlanta, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018. Born April 29, 1934, in San Nicolas, Aruba, she was the daughter of the late Eugenio and Jacoba Kock Maduro.

Verona is survived by her three daughters, Erdwina Geerman, Brenda Fasihi, and Lillian Abootorabi; and many more loving family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Verona was preceded in death by her husband, Cipriano Geerman.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home, Decatur, Georgia.
