Vincent A. Rankine

Mr. Vincent Rankine age 69, of Atlanta, GA and Little London, Westmoreland, Jamaica passed away Wednesday, September 5 after a short period of declining health. Mr. Rankine is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Gloria; his three sons, four daughters, eleven grandchildren and two great grand children.
