Virginia Chandler Carter, formerly of Decatur, GA, passed away on Sunday, 3-15-09. She was with the DeKalb County School System for approximately 35 years.

There will be a graveside service at Decatur Cemetery at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday 03-17-09. A. S. Turner & Sons
