Virginia Lam

Virginia May Jue Lam, age 91, passed away peacefully in her home on August 25, 2024. Born on September 8, 1932 to Paul and Soonta Jue in Augusta, GA, her faith and commitment to her family, friends and community were evident in the way she lived her life. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Gai, her son Gordon, her parents and brother Richard. Virginia is survived by her children Amy, Kevin (AnLing) and Sharon (Ted), her grandchildren Stephen, Rebecca (Justin) and Wendy (Colvin) and her great-grandson Jesse.

A service will be held at Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North, 5055 E. Morton Road, Johns Creek, GA on Thursday, September 5, 2024 with visitation held in the church at 11 am followed by the service at 12 noon.

A second service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Augusta, Storey Chapel, 3500 Walton Way Ext, Augusta, GA 30909, on Saturday, September 7, 2024 with the visitation held in the chapel at 11 am followed by the service at 12:00 noon with burial following at Westover Memorial Park, 2601 Wheeler Road, Augusta, GA.
