Miss Vivian Blanche Brown, age 99, a lifelong resident of DeKalb County died Sunday, November 06, 2011. Vivian worked 40 years for F. W. Woolworth’s corporate office. She was known for her love of church, people and animals, especially her dog “Bo”. She was a wonderful cook and leaves behind many friends and relatives who will miss her dearly. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 8 at the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oak Grove United Methodist for the Altar Guild. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
