Walter L. Bryant

Mr. Walter L. Bryant, Jr., 91, of Decatur died Monday, May 18, 2009. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mrs. Hazel D. Bryant. Mr. Bryant is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Reid and Sharon Bryant, Darryl and Susan Bryant, John Stacy and Lisa Bryant; eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 11 a.m. Friday, May 22nd, Dr. Scott G. Downing officiating. Burial will follow in Melwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions to The National Kidney Foundation, 2951 Flowers Road South, Atlanta, GA 30341. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday before the service at A. S. Turner & Sons.
