William Austin Gerrard

Reverend Dr. William A. Gerrard, III, age 82, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2014. Bill was born in Louisville, KY to the late William A. Jr. and Elizabeth Gerrard. Bill is survived by his wife of 40 years, Suzanne Gerrard, son, Christopher Gerrard, son and daughter-in-law Jonathan and Trudy Gerrard, and his brother Steve Gerrard. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Lexington Theological Seminary, and Emory University, where he earned his Ph.D in Theology. Bill's life was dedicated to his family and to the ministry. The family will receive friends at Peachtree Christian Church, 1580 Peachtree St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30309 on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 12pm, followed by funeral service at 1pm.
