He is survived by his wife, Ruby; by his sister, Betty Langford Bedgood; his niece, Jennifer von Dreschel, both of Commerce, Texas; by his nephew, Scott Langford Bedgood and wife Margaret; his great-nephew, Colton Langford Bedgood; his great-niece Sara Elizabeth Bedgood, all of Flower Mound, Texas; and by his aunt, Mary Ann Cox of Marietta.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations in his memory can be made to First Baptist Church of Decatur, 308 Clairemont Avenue. Decatur, Georgia 30030.
