William Douglas Penuel

Bill Penuel, age 64, passed away in Duluth on Tuesday December 4, 2018.

A native Atlantan, Bill graduated from Decatur High School in 1972. He worked for many years for ETL testing laboratories and later for Telemed, Inc. Bill lived a quiet life and was an avid reader. He was interested in American History, particularly the American Civil War. He was known for his quick wit and acerbic humor.

Bill is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Chuck and Becky Penuel, nephew Colin Penuel, cousins Jeff and Jenny Kimbrell, and John and Sarah Kimbrell.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Floral Hills Memory Garden in Tucker, GA, followed by a gathering at the home of Chuck and Becky Penuel. Family and friends are invited to attend.
