William Robinson McClintock, 49, of Atlanta passed away Thursday, October 23, 2008. He was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana, then moved to southern Indian before relocating to Atlanta, where he worked years at the Peachtree Battle Ace Hardware Store. Survivors include two sisters, Edith Diaz of Sugar Land and Margaret Sherrod of Atlanta; a niece, Erin Diaz of Sugar Land; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 8 P.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in the name of Will McClintock to the American Heart Association, 1101 Northchase Pkwy., Ste. 1, Marietta, GA 30067 or the Atlanta Humane Society, 981 Howell Mill Rd., NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 P.M. Monday at A. S. Turner & Sons, 2773 North Decatur Rd., Decatur, GA 30033.
